brachioplasty
Brachioplasty is an intervention designed to treat flaccidity and excess fat on the inside of the arms. Over the years or after losing a lot of weight, the skin on the arms can appear sagging.
There are 3 degrees of defects in the contour of the arms:
- Grade I, in which the changes are incipient and liposuction is usually enough.
- Grade II, where flaccidity is already intermediate.
- Grade III, which are more advanced cases, where it is necessary to make a longitudinal scar on the inside of the arms up to the elbow.
