Gynecomastia is the increase in the size of the male breast due to the accumulation of fatty tissue or the hormonal imbalance of estrogens and androgens in men.

Surgery for Gynecomastia is a procedure aimed at reducing pathological enlargement of the male breast by removing excess glandular and fatty tissue to achieve a flatter and firmer chest.

It can often be achieved through liposuction.
